Finding himself at a crossroads, Ralph Wasiakowski had just finished his third season working in the front office of a minor league baseball team. While this was his lifelong goal to that point, he found himself burnt out by the long hours required of someone working in professional sports. Unable to even watch a baseball game on TV, Ralph decided it was time for a change and drafted his letter of resignation. Despite the uncertainty of ‘what comes next,’ he understood very deeply that it was time for a change.

Ralph had a strong interest in personal finance and truly enjoyed working one-on-one with the season ticket holders and corporate sponsors he met while with the baseball team. After getting hired by a large investment firm and attaining the appropriate licenses, Ralph followed his passion to collaborate with individuals to help them pursue their goals. After 9 years, Ralph knew the time was right to begin a new chapter and Comprehensive Wealth Planning was born.

Ralph M. Wasiakowski

Comprehensive Wealth Planning is an independent financial advisory firm that focuses on the pursuit of our client’s financial goals.

I founded CWP in 2012 after 9 years working at a large Broker Dealer to better help clients toward pursuing their financial and personal goals. I wanted to provide clients independent and objective advice. I feel that people want and deserve a relationship with someone they can trust to provide them objective advice and options.

My goal is to help make the complexities of personal finance less daunting and allow you to focus on what matters most in your life; your family, your work, your life’s passions.

Ralph & Nicole were married in September 2008 & enjoy traveling, exercising, and eating ice cream together!

Summer 2020 Intern

Meghann Schuster

Hi, my name is Meghann Schuster and I will be working as an intern throughout the summer with Ralph. I am a rising Junior at Brandywine Heights High School. In school, I am involved in FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), Key Club, and Drama Club. Along with all these clubs I am a softball pitcher and a field hockey mid and keeper. I have a pretty busy life with all my sports, clubs, and jobs. Some people may know about my family’s business. My grandparents own Swim-in Zone in Saucon Valley. I have been working there for three summers now and have decided and thought it would be fun and a learning experience to find an internship in finance this summer.
